All three heat winners

Carley was so excited to get the black heat win ribbon. I cannot believe how well she did on the swim team this year. She went every morning rain or shine (thank goodness this year was a pretty dry summer). The water was cold, but the coaches were great and really worked with her each day to get in. She was swimming 600-800m each day. She became such a great swimmer by the end of the season. I love swim team.

I believe this is a picture of Natalie in the middle of her flip turn during the free-style. Natalie has the best form. She looks like a ballet dancer in the water. She really should get into the synchronized swimming. :)

Beautiful form for Zack on the back stroke. Zack is 10 years old and at the top of his age group. He took first place in almost every race. He did backstroke, butterfly, breast stroke, free-style. I think if he really put some time into the sport that he could go pretty far. He just loves all the other sports too much to just focus on one. It is much more fun playing multiple sports. He loves then all.

Carley and her simming buddies...Miya and Lily. If it weren't for them she would not have gone to practice each day. They really looked forward to the meets and competing.

Pretty back stroke.
